1. What you are buying

A digital coupon book, valid 12 months from the date of purchase, delivered as a link by email.

One book per purchase. The book is for personal use.

2. Price and tax

$30 per book. HST is added at checkout.

3. The donation

$15 from each book is directed to the cause selected at purchase. Local Values Plus makes that donation on the buyer's behalf.

Because the buyer receives a book of real value, the purchase is not a gift under CRA rules and no charitable tax receipt is issued.

Donations are held in a separate account until they are paid out. Any interest earned while funds are held is retained by Local Values Plus. The full $15 always goes to the cause.

If a cause cannot accept the donation, it is directed to another London cause on our list.

4. Refunds

Because the book is delivered immediately and in full, purchases are not refundable once the link has been sent.

If something goes wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Using an offer

Each offer may be redeemed once per book. Redemption is permanent once confirmed.

Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless a merchant says otherwise.

6. Offers can change

Merchants join and leave over time. New offers are added to books already sold at no extra cost.

An individual offer may be withdrawn if a merchant ends their agreement. The book as a whole is what is purchased, not any single offer.

7. If a merchant will not honour an offer

Contact us. We will resolve it with the merchant.

8. Causes are not affiliated with us

Organisations named at checkout are listed so buyers can direct a donation. We are not affiliated with these organisations and they do not endorse Local Values Plus.

Any organisation may ask to be removed and we will remove it the same day.

9. Governing law

Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new date.
